KEEPING FIT

I will tell about my keeping fit.first of all,I always keep my diet,next I usually execirses in the afternoon,i never eats fast food and smokes  cigarettes,finally I usually consumes multyvitaminsto supply energy.

1.    What kind of execirse do you enjoy?
         I enjoy basket ball
2.    How often do you exercise?
I usually do 1 week 2 times
3.    Do you try to eat healthy meals?Why or why not?
Yes,I am
Because eat healthy meals can make my body healthy
4.    Do you usually get enough sleep at night ?How many hours of sleep do you like to get?
Yes I am
I usually get about 7 hours to sleep
5.    How do you usually feel after exercise? Energeitc?Relaxed?Tired?Sleepy?
I feel energetic after exercise
